Okay, so once in a while we stumble upon something really special out in the vast lands that are the Internet. This time it's the absolutely charming, colourful and quirky felt art prints by CASTLE. Rachel Castle is an Aussie born designer who has worked in the homewares industry for the past 20 years, both in good old Aus and overseas.
Every print sewn, printed and painted by Rachel herself and each piece is imbued with such a sense of joy and sunshine. Some of these made us grin from ear to ear, some of them made us laugh out loud. There's a few hints to classic Aussie slang as well as nods to pop culture that make the whole range so accessible and unique.
These are just a few of our faves, but if you have the time you really should have a scroll through their site and see them all!

We are absolutely blushing with joy over these super sweet plant people created by designer, illustrator and fellow dreamer Emily Isabella. Based in New York, Emily makes incredibly unique and colourful prints and textiles for a range of projects and collaborations. We found her via her tumblr where you can get an insiders glimpse into her world and work.
All of her work makes us want to hold hands and skip through fields of flowers, and these adorable plant people look like they are living the dream. Check out some of our faves below!

Peel back the drapes and enter the majestic and dizzying depths of the Market Bazaar. Glittering in the warm sunlight baskets of black pepper, cumin, turmeric, chilli and limes line the walkways as far as the eye can see...
Introducing our new Market Bazaar collection! Inspired by the souks and bazaars of Marakesh and Istanbul. Feasts of rich colours and scents, they are a party for the senses and we have tried to capture just a bit of that exotic glamour in the new collection.
It features stunning high polish artisan resin and recycled wood necklaces, earrings and bangles. The bright yet warm colours are perfect for this not-so-chilly Winter we are heading into. The artisan pieces have incredible textures and the designs are some of our favourites yet! Come along and discover for yourself...
The whole collection is online now so dive right in! xo RO
These little sculptural designs by artist Issac Salazar are really quite incredible. Taking old books and cutting and folding the pages to reveal simple words of wisdom out of the texture of the pages, we think they'd make a lovely decorative addition to any bookcase. And even more importantly, the make us SMILE!

Here's another talented artist we've been obsessing over of late...Elisandra - a self-taught Illustrator and artist based in Germany with a talent for using gorgeous textures in bright colours to create quirky illustrations. We especially love her prints featuring food - don't you think these could make a stunning cookbook!? That trifle certainly look good enough to eat...
To carry on with our design theme, we thought we'd share another of our favourite ways to spice up the home. Colourful stairs are a subtle yet effective way to bring colour into an otherwise (sometimes) boring space. There are so many ideas, from gradients to rainbows to patterns and prints, here are some of our fave ideas for making your stairs something to show off!
We sure are smitten with iconic artist Charley Harper's inexhaustible range of graphic animal illustrations!
A masterful designer of block colour, everything he does puts such a big smile on our faces we just couldn't keep them to ourselves! If you are an animal lover but aren't yet familiar with his work, do some digging - there's so many gorgeous treasures to find! Here are a few of the team's favourites!
