Is it safe and secure to order from you over the Internet?

Ordering online with RUBY OLIVE is just as safe as using your credit or debit card over the counter in a shop.

Can I cancel my order once it has been processed?

Once an order is submitted we are unable to cancel the order.

Does the price listed include GST?

All products bought on the RUBY OLIVE retail website include GST.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship internationally (New Zealand shipping cost is $15, everywhere else is $20). 

What do I do if the goods I ordered haven't arrived?

If you haven't received your goods within the specified time of delivery requested at time of order (ie: registered post or express post) please e-mail info@rubyolive.com.au

What should I do if I have problems placing my order?

Do you offer wholesale prices to shops and other businesses?

How accurate are the product images on the site?

The images that represent each product are as accurate as possible and we aim to have numerous images for each product. Sometimes there may be a slight variation between each item as some products have unique and natural components. Some colours may also vary slightly due to computer image quality.

How accurate are the measurements listed on your product pages?

We do our best to ensure measurements and diameters are as accurate as possible.

Does RUBY OLIVE Jewellery contain Nickel?

Our Jewellery is Nickel safe and in most cases Nickel free.

Do you share my personal information?

Your personal information isn't supplied to any third parties and your details will be kept confidential. No third parties have access to our customer list. Please go to the PRIVACY page for details.

How do I get you to stop emailing me your newsletter?

All you need to do is click on the link at the bottom of the newsletter and unsubscribe.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment using PayPal and credit card. Credit card can be used via the Paypal site without having a Paypal account.  If you have problems placing an order online, you can place an order over the phone using a credit card (see the contact us page for our phone number).  We do not accept cheques, cash or money orders.

When am I charged for my order?

All payments are processed at the point of order.

Can I return my order?

Yes you can, please refer to ORDERS, DELIVERY & RETURNS for more information.

I'm not at home during the day. How can I get my goods?

Please give a delivery address when ordering where someone you know is home or perhaps your workplace address. If goods cannot be delivered, a card will be put through your door, and the goods will be held at the local post office.

What should I do if my goods were damaged in transit?

If your goods are damaged when you receive them, please contact us straight away. Please see the information under RETURNS.

What should I do if some of my order is missing?

Do you do gift wrapping?

Each item you purchase is placed in an organza bag and lovingly wrapped in brown paper and ribbon free of charge.
