DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

We currently use Australia Post for Australian and International shipping.  All deliveries are recorded and must be signed for.

Within Australia:
Registered Post AU$6
Includes: insurance (up to AU$100), tracking, signed for delivery
Estimated delivery time: 1-7 business days from date of sending

Express Post AU$10
Includes: tracking, signed for delivery
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days from date of sending
Destinations: Australian Capital cities (except Darwin) and selected centres

International:
UK Registered AU$20
US Registered AU$25
NZ Registered AU$15
Includes: signed for delivery
Estimated delivery time: 3-10 business days from date of sending
You are responsible for any additional taxes charged at point of entry to your country.

Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strikes, transport complications etc.

DELIVERY INSURANCE

Registered post within Australia
All delivery options include insurance cover of items if they are lost due to Australia Post related issues.   Please note that insurance does not cover lost items that have been confirmed as delivered by Australia Post.

International
The International option covers all deliveries around the world that are covered by Australia Post. The postage total covers insurance of items if they are lost due to Australia Post related issues. Please note that insurance does not cover lost items that have been confirmed as delivered by Australia Post.

RETURNS

You must notify the RUBY OLIVE returns department and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number within 30 days of accepting delivery of the product and arrange return of the product within 30 days after notification.

Any item returned must have a Returns Authorisation Number and proof of purchase (copy of invoice or email confirmation).

You must return the product in original condition with the original tickets attached.  You are responsible for arranging any insurance and for the cost of the delivery of the returned product.   Shipping and handling charges for returned products are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

Exchanges are only possible if the item is available.

No Refund or exchange given on earrings for hygiene reasons.

Upon receipt of returned goods, RUBY OLIVE reserves the right to deny refund or exchange if the product/s does not meet return policy requirements.

The return/exchange of product bought on the RUBY OLIVE website may not be made to a RUBY OLIVE stockist and product bought in RUBY OLIVE stockists cannot be returned/exchanged on the RUBY OLIVE website. 

REFUNDS

Upon receipt of the returned product and along with Returns Authorisation Number and Proof of Purchase, RUBY OLIVE will refund to you the purchase price for the product, less any shipping costs.  Please allow 14 days from the day you return the Product for your account to be credited.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when obtaining your Returns Authorisation Number.

FAULTY PRODUCT

For all faulty items you must notify RUBY OLIVE straight away to obtain a Returns Authorisation number (See contact details above).   RUBY OLIVE will gladly repair or exchange faulty products.   If the product cannot be replaced we will offer a refund or exchange.

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the exact same item and we will pay the delivery cost.  

If a product becomes defective within 3 months of purchase we will repair or replace the same item.  
We will incur the shipping costs if the item is deemed faulty. We will not pay the shipping costs for items which are damaged due to mistreatment.

GIFT WRAPPING

All items purchased are gift wrapped in tissue paper and then packaged in bubble wrap for transit.
